This classroom course (NMLS Approved Course ID 18939) satisfies the eight hours of 2026 Florida annual continuing education required of individuals maintaining a state-issued mortgage loan originator (MLO) license. 

Cost is $69 for NAMB and The League of Mortgage Professionals Members and $89 for NAMB Explorer and Non-Members.

Within this course, students will spend time reviewing required topics, including: 

• Three hours on federal mortgage-related laws 
• Two hours on ethics, fraud, and consumer protection 
• Two hours on lending standards related to nontraditional mortgage products 
• One hour on Florida law
